A little backstory; I've been running my own trucking company for 6 months now but ran into many problems by not having it registered. A friend told me that my business was actually illegal and I could get a fine. I tried searching up what to register my business as and how to do it. I found the videos and website pages online very confusing. I came across this product and decided to take a flyer on it. Let me tell you that this was worth every dollar I spent on it! One of the problems I ran into by not having an LLC was opening a bank account for my business. I opened a personal account and used it for business purposes but I ran into another problem when trying to hire other drivers to work for me. Now I have my LLC as well as a EIN number and it allowed me to open a business bank account that same day. I now hired two drivers to work for me and now they can get paid. People please register your business before you run into problems.
